- You must provide a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The video must show:
- Sealed package opening
- Any damage / missing / wrong item clearly visible
Conditions for Return
- No return without an unboxing video.
- No refund after 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
